What Would You Say, by the trailer choir. (Love the name!)

So I was putz-in around on Facebook, clicking here and clicking there and I ended up on YouTube. The video I was watching was about fallen firefighters and set to a very thought provoking song.

As I sat listening to the song a plethora of thoughts streamed through my head, not really even complete thoughts, just snippets of thought and pictures. So why do we wait, why do we get caught up in our day to day and forget or take for granted that there will be a tomorrow. We all do, it seems to be part of human nature. Who have I lost touch with. Who do I need to tell I Love you. What does it take for us to stop living for tomorrow and start loving and living in today? Some day there will be no more tomorrows. and on and on the thoughts whirled while I listened. If you have lost a loved one in your life, you can better understand and appreciate what this means.

Now, I challenge each of you to read the lyrics and answer the question. Don't wait until your life is down to minutes... go out and say it now!

What Would You Say
by the trailer choir. (Love the name!)

what if the moment came and
you knew your life was down to minutes
ladders flame was all you had to see
and you found a pen and torn up piece of paper
and a note was all you could leave

13 men felt trapped in a mine in West Virginia,
only one made it out alive
but there love lives on in the words
I can not wait to see you on the other side

what would you say(x2)
(CHORUS)
in the lines on a page from the life that you made
could you write it with no regrets
would you know in yourself you gave somebody else
all the love that you had inside
right down to your last prayer

would you tell your momma thank you for the way you love me
daddy don't cry everything's gonna be ok
would you tell your little boy that
you'll be watching him from up in heaven,
you'll never miss one game

what would you say(x2)
(CHORUS)
in the lines on a page from the life that you made
could you write it with no regrets
would you know in yourself you gave somebody else
all the love that you had inside
right down to your last prayer

what would you say

(CHORUS)
in the lines on a page from the life that you made
could you write it with no regrets
would you know in yourself you gave somebody else
all the love that you had inside
right down to your last prayer

what if the moment came and
you knew your life was down to minutes
